Hi everyone! A year ago, I released Apple Pie here on itch.io. We’ve surpassed 600 downloads, which is crazy to me. Thank you, so so much!

To celebrate, I’d like to share with you all some links to old builds of Apple Pie—

…is what I had planned, but the Mediafire account where I kept the old builds was deleted without my knowledge. So, that’s plan A ruined. Onwards to plan B!

One thing I like to do when I work on my projects is to make playlists with songs that remind me of the characters. So, I’ve made a playlist with some songs for you, here!

The first song, ‘The Transient Apple Salesgirl’ is what inspired the game’s title. ‘Chocolate’ is what I imagined for the credits song, while ‘Stay With Me’ would be just the kind of song that would play for an opening video for the game.

Can you tell what songs represent which characters?

I’ve also made a ko-fi page. I’ll be posting some doodles and scrapped content there for everyone to see, as well as plenty of fun things from past and future projects (including Apple Pie!)

I’m sorry I wasn’t able to share with you guys the past builds. My plan was to post the links, show some screenshots, share stories about the development, and poke fun at the things that didn’t make it to the final release. Like most things about this game, something unexpected happened… I hope you enjoy the playlist I made.
