I found this game quite enjoyable, but there is one thing I'm confused about. The itch page says that there are 6 endings, but I got #1-#5 in my first run, and 2 unnumbered endings. Is there something that I'm missing? not only are there more than 6 endings, but ending #6 is nowhere to be found. Otherwise great game, but I just need some clarification. :)
The reason why the game’s page says six is because one of the endings (the ‘normie’ one) is very very easy to miss, and people were confused that they were missing it/some were annoyed that they had to restart the game for it. I kept it like that because it’s been a while since someone complained about missing that ending + it’s supposed to be a ‘secret’ one, together with ‘cherry blossom’. I guess it goes both ways haha. Thanks for playing and sorry for the confusion. :D
This game is so incredibly well made!! I'll be honest, I wasn't a big fan of the artstyle, but while playing the game it grew on me, it somewhat add to the charm. And the story is just so interesting! It felt natural, and got more and more interesting with each START.

The meta thing it has going on was intriguing, reminded me of DDLC but it was unique enough to make it memorable as it is. I've always been a fan of games that go into this "I know what you've done" teritory, and going in it it wasn't something that I expected from this game. Every time I STARTed again, I was nothing but curious as to what will happen! I expecially loved the part when it all got distorted and Ash stopped talking, as the other characters tried to reach him.
I feel that, at some point, the story stopped being about the crazy killer girl and started focusing more on Ash's weird fetish and the way it affects them, it was some good (unintentional?) commentary on how something like this can make people feel like an outcast, and how they have to hide it from everyone around them.
Overall, this game was amazing, most definitely one of my new favorites of all time. Thank you for making this, and good luck with whatever you will do in the future! :D

I love this game, although I am traumatized! I put my best friends name as the name of my real best friend and the GF's name as my crushes name. LOL All jokes aside, this is a wonderful game. I wish I wasn't a broke 8th grader and could pay you for this game because I would give you a lot of money if I could. This game was awesome and kept me hooked till the ending, all of the endings! This was one of the most awesome games I've ever played, and I loom forward to seeing more from you. the story is so well written and the endings all made me feel sick in all sorts of ways, and I'm here for it.
Officially one of my favourite VNs by far, I love the art style, the characters, the story, everything about it.

I really wasn't expecting such a turn of events but I'm honestly not disappointed, how Mafuyu writes a different letter every time you restart, how Ash just completely stops responding at the end, how Rikka tries her best to pretend everything is normal despite everything going bad. I love it. I love how the backgrounds slowly got more "fried" after every restart, the music was awesome, the character writing was awesome, everything was awesome and I can surely see myself replaying the game.

I downloaded this game on a whim and wow, I was not expecting such a polished visual novel! Arguably one of the best ones I've ever downloaded off of itch.io! Now, I like to go into games like this blind, and I thought this was going to be a fun little game where you tell your GF you have a clown fetish or something like that. I was wrong, but it didn't matter in the end because I was entranced by the story. The first twist had me amazed and laughing. Completely unexpected, and super fun.
The writing in this game is fantastic. Over all the endings, I kept getting hit with slow realizations of what's going on as you always revealed just the right amount of details to keep us intrigued. Absolutely top-notch writing.
Your world seems simple on the surface, but all these characters felt alive. Very real, very emotive, and very, very, likeable.
I was expecting more choices in this game, but I didn't mind it. It felt like I was much more immersed in the game when I didn't have to worry about making the wrong choice or loading back and trying to make the right choice.
I am getting very sleepy writing this review, but I just wanted to add a few last points. I love the artstyle, love the fact yu can pick your pronuns, and I think Lion is fine as fuck is he gonna get his own game or ??????

I played this game before the newer ending came out and I loved it then. I love it so much still! All the characters are crazy interesting and I fell in love with every one. You really know how to craft a story!
my expectations were not super high going into this, but damn, it was pretty impressive all things considered. In spite of the lack of art, free to use bgs, and poor sound effects (that doorbell was way too loud), I found myself invested very quickly. Hats off for making a captivating VN that I spent the last hour and a half binging.

I loved this so much! The fact that I guessed the first ending did kind of make me laugh, though I was indulged in the story and getting the other endings right after!
The concept is intriguing! I love how you heavily and eagerly set the tone from the first ending. I finished the entire endings in one go, I cannot put it down like a page-turner book. The way you have to start the game over and over with different scenes that stacks up the tension and psychological horror of what to comes next is really something. The way you actually wrote the MC is well done! The characters don't feel flat at all. With that said, I love the True ending the most simply because it just ties everything up like a ribbon.
I renamed the characters based on Attack on Titan (if you deeply know the anime/manga) characters simply because I thought it would go well based on the title: Eren being the MC, Christa being the MC's friend, and Mikasa being MC's girlfriend. By this pattern, I'm sure you've figured out who's Armin hehehe. It doubles the gaming experience lmaoo.
I encountered no bugs or issues throughout the game, surprisingly, since I have quite a potato PC. Though the transitions and the flow of the text is a tad slow. Other than that, I had a great time with this game, worth playing after a long day of working. =v=

The transitions and pauses being a bit too slow is something I’ve tried to amend on the game’s upcoming 2.0 update, so hopefully it’ll become an ever better experience :D
I loved it, the characters personalities, their designs, the suspence and having to play the game over and over again yet each time being much different than the last really adds to the ambience. The story is amazing too, it was longer than expected but it was worth every second.
I just wanted to confirm that I got everything: I saw endings 1-5 (I chose to bring up the bear movie to Rikka) and then after I got the true ending I reset the game and didn't tell Rikka anything and got a 'normal' ending. Was that all?
I was thinking that I must've missed something regarding Mafuyu's friend since she never really ended up in an ending, but I feel like I've looked everywhere.
By the way, my favorite parts of the game were ending 2, and listening to Rikka's apology recording, and then the main character crying when he sees her for the first time after starting the game again. That was super emotional.
Edit: I'm still trying to wrap my head around the true ending. (trying to avoid any spoilers here) It seems like the main character got what he wanted from Mafuyu, but after reliving it over and over and over again, he realized it wasn't what he wanted at all. He ended up caring for Lion and Rikka more than his hobby.
Edit 2: One last thing, am I hallucinating or does the background get progressively more grainy as the game goes on? In Ending 5 it seems really bad (in a good way)

The bgs start to change during the true ending only. It’s interesting that quite a few people seem to see it start to change earlier than that….

I honestly couldn't believe that a freaking joke I made midway through the game turned out to be the big plot twist in one of the endings 😂I really enjoyed this, especially with how the cute art style juxtaposed against the much darker themes. It's just so fun!

The choices in ending one affect whether or not you have to acesss to the Cherry Blossom one (specifically, seeing Mafuyu’s picture).
even after resetting and not going to see the picture in ending one, i still have access to the cherry blossom ending in the second ending?

I loved it, the characters personalities, their designs, the suspence and having to play the game over and over again yet each time being much different than the last really adds to the ambience. The story is amazing too, it was longer than expected but it was worth every second.

I just wanted to confirm that I got everything: I saw endings 1-5 (I chose to bring up the bear movie to Rikka) and then after I got the true ending I reset the game and didn't tell Rikka anything and got a 'normal' ending. Was that all?
I was thinking that I must've missed something regarding Mafuyu's friend since she never really ended up in an ending, but I feel like I've looked everywhere.
By the way, my favorite parts of the game were ending 2, and listening to Rikka's apology recording, and then the main character crying when he sees her for the first time after starting the game again. That was super emotional.
Edit: I'm still trying to wrap my head around the true ending. (trying to avoid any spoilers here) It seems like the main character got what he wanted from Mafuyu, but after reliving it over and over and over again, he realized it wasn't what he wanted at all. He ended up caring for Lion and Rikka more than his hobby.
Edit 2: One last thing, am I hallucinating or does the background get progressively more grainy as the game goes on? In Ending 5 it seems really bad (in a good way)
Hi! Thanks for trying out the game. Yep, you got all the endings available as of now. Ending 2 was one of my favorites while writing for the game as well!
The bgs start to change during the true ending only. It’s interesting that quite a few people seem to see it start to change earlier than that….
As for your interpretation of the true ending…. ;)
