Today’s update for Windows, Mac, and Android completely revamps the portraits of the main cast (and a few minor characters) for Book 1, and a couple for Book 2.

Main cast: Nathan, Skye, Amelia, Komi, Kana, Roger, Riley (+Timeskip), Yulia, Aki.

Minor characters: Tommy, Mary, Koba.

OTHER CHANGES:

• Serena now uses her timeskip portraits during all books.
• Remade Miike’s CG.
• Deleted unused portraits from the game.

ART THAT I WANT TO UPDATE:

Main cast: Serena, Nathan (timeskip), Kimmie, Rena, Forrest, Yulia (timeskip), Zalmora, Miike.

ART THAT ISN’T GETTING UPDATED:

• The CGs that display in between arcs.
• The ‘book select’ graphics.
• Portraits for the following minor characters: Kim, Hibari, Chess Girl, and Zombie Kid. These are either too minor to be worth re-drawing all over again, or minigame-only and not considered essential.

I don’t know when I’ll get around to updating Book 2’s portraits, but hey, it’s a start.

I know what you’re thinking. ‘Meiri, you promised you wouldn’t touch these portraits until the game hit certain milestones.’ But I have a good reason! I can’t share why yet, but I want to improve the game’s presentation while I have the time.
